At Fox Home, we want you to love every purchase—whether it's made in-store or online. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help with an easy return or exchange for a full refund (if eligible). Here's how our simple return process works:
Return Policy:
Subject to the following, products can be exchanged or returned for a refund to the original payment method listed on the receipt within 14 days of purchase.
The original receipt must be presented for any exchange or refund. Additionally, the product must have all original tags and packaging still attached (internal and external), and cannot have been used, washed, altered or damaged in any way.
For products purchased with cash, we reserve the right to limit the amount of cash refunded, with the balance being refunded to the customer’s choice of a debit card, gift card or store credit. In no case will cash refunds of more than $500 be provided.
Fox Home does not offer price adjustments on merchandise (Including Gift cards). Fox Home reserves the right to refuse returns of merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements in Fox Home`s sole discretion.
This policy is an addition to and does not affect consumers' rights under any applicable law.
Additional Exchange Conditions:
The exchange amount needs to be the same or greater than the original product price at the purchase.
